Owner´s Representation / Client Advisory Services
Krifcon can help make sure you're getting the right solutions to match your requirements and objectives. We'll meet with you to fully understand your situation, budget, goals, ambitions, timeline, and expectations.
Based on that we will aid you through the entire project by checking the documents, drawings, reports etc so that any decisions you have to make are based on full understanding of its pros, cons, and consequences. We will participate in meetings for you or along you as you may prefer.

We add value to our client’s investments by ensuring among other things that:
  • Capital investments are right-sized and aligned with the vision, ambition, goals, and budget of our client.
  • Changes during design and construction phases won´t have “unforeseen” functional, CapEx and/or OpEx consequences, and if they do, assist in mitigating the effects or finding alternative solutions.
  • Changes to tenant mix, tenant requirements, etc. does not impact already agreed or built solutions, and if they do, assist in negotiations with tenants to mitigate such effect or help find alternative solutions.
  • Our clients receive the correct scope of work in the agreed quality and function through our persistent follow up

Location Consultancy
Krifcon assists companies that are looking for a location in North America or Scandinavia with finding the optimal location, locate and scout available land for greenfield projects or existing buildings for refurbishment or demolition if relevant.
We can also assist with contact to local and state authorities during the process of determining costs and incentives.

Krifcon is based in New York City, but offers its services worldwide. We work or have worked with projects in the U.S., Canada, Denmark, Japan, and Germany.

We generally charge by the hour for our consulting services. However, some projects can occasionally be quoted at a fixed price. We often recommend to new clients that they consider this per-project option during an evaluation phase. Clients also use our hourly support when they need immediate assistance.
